Dassault Adds Polar Aviation to Support Network

Dassault Aviation (Booth Z90) appointed Finnish company Polar Aviation (Booth T39) as an authorized service center for Falcon 2000/2000EX/2000EX EASy, 900EX/900EX EASy and 7X models. The company can perform line maintenance for these aircraft and send go teams to respond to AOG situations.

Helsinki-based Polar Aviation features a 3,500-sq m (37,674-sq ft ) heated hangar as well as installations for aircraft cleaning and component repair. The facility features backshop capabilities including battery service, wheels, and other components. Approximately 30 technicians and repair specialists with Dassault aircraft experience are on-site.

“Continuously expanding and reinforcing our global customer support network is central to Dassault Aviation’s commitment to provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction,” said Jacques Chauvet, senior v-p of worldwide customer service for Dassault.

Dassault continues to grow its support network. In 2016, the company added seven facilities to the network that now spans 51 service stations around the world. According to the company, Dassault’s support network has grown 25 percent over the past four years.
