Duncan Aviation will bring its live avionics tech support back to the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) 58th Annual International Convention and Trade Show, held April 8 to 11 in Dallas. Duncan Intelligence Live features Duncan Aviation’s avionics tech reps Curt Campbell, Dan Magnus, Scott McKenzie and Larry Troyer working one-on-one with aircraft owners and operators in Booth No. 411 during exhibition hall hours.
Thousands of customers over the years have relied on these four tech reps as valuable resources of information and support when it comes to troubleshooting or seeking advice about their aircraft avionics and instruments. Last year, Duncan Aviation gave AEA convention attendees a look at how this service is provided by having the four representatives performing their regular duties while in the booth at the show. This year they will provide on-site technical assistance to attendees while continuing to answer technical phone calls and emails from operators in the field.
