ExecuJet Aviation Group in Australasia was appointed an ACR Artex emergency locator transmitter (ELT) battery replacement and programming center. The new battery service capability enables ExecuJet to complete ACR Artex ELT battery maintenance and provide a CASA release certificate from its bases in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. The approval is the latest in a series of MRO service enhancements in the past 12 months that have expanded the support ExecuJet offers aircraft owners and operators in Australasia.

In October 2014, ExecuJet was issued a CASA Part 145 certificate of approval, allowing it to support regular public transport operations and complementing the group’s Civil Aviation Regulations certificate. In June 2014, ExecuJet in Australia was appointed a Rolls-Royce authorized service center for the BR710 and BR725 engines that power the Bombardier Global Express and Gulfstream GV, G550 and G650.

The group also provides maintenance control services for flight departments that need a CASA-approved maintenance controller. ExecuJet’s FAA foreign repair station certificate allows the group to perform required biannual FAR 91.411 and 413 altimeter and transponder checks for N-registered aircraft.
