Duncan Aviation completed an FAA quality system audit of its PMA approval quality system. The PMA authorization allows the company to manufacture approved replacement parts to support its own STCs and many OEM installations. The audit, performed every three to four years, verifies that Duncan consistently produces high-quality parts to FAA-approved design data, while maintaining compliance with the applicable FAA regulations. Additionally, the FAA found that Duncan maintains the proper records, ensuring that every part manufactured at its Lincoln, Neb. facility can be traced from its raw material state to the finished product.

Duncan Aviation’s services include major and minor airframe inspections; engine maintenance; major retrofits for cabin and cockpit systems; paint and interior services; and preowned aircraft sales and acquisitions. Service facilities are located in Lincoln, Neb., and Battle Creek, Mich., with additional sites in Provo, Utah, and 27 other satellite locations throughout the U.S.
