Silver Air Adds Scott Barringer as New Director of Maintenance

Silver Air, an aircraft management and charter operator, has hired Scott Barringer as its new director of maintenance. Barringer brings more than 30 years’ experience including serving as director of maintenance for multiple corporate jet operators in the U.S. and abroad. His primary duties are to oversee all maintenance planning, execution and airworthiness of the Silver Air fleet. He is based in the company’s Fresno, Calif. offices and will spend much of his time visiting aircraft, aircraft owners, staff and vendors at their respective locations.
