Russian Helicopters Involved in Drafting of Russia-China Aviation Agreement

On October 13 Alexander Mikheev, CEO of Russian Helicopters, took part in a signing ceremony of intergovernmental agreements between Russia’s Interstate Aviation Committee and the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The agreements set out “the core principles guiding the countries’ joint work” in design certification, production and airworthiness certification for export. Russian Helicopters and Chinese manufacturer Avicopter have signed an MoU for the construction of heavy commercial helicopters.
