Airbus’s A350-900 XWB Airliner Takes Flight at Dubai Airshow
The A350-900 XWB (Extra Wide Body) airliner serenely soared above the crowds in the flying display at the 2017 Dubai Airshow. It is the first Airbus aircraft to feature carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer fuselage and wing structures. The aircraft is powered by the Rolls Royce Trent XWB engines, which were developed specifically for this aircraft.
