Rockwell Collins is showing off its latest retrofit cockpit displays this week at Heli-Expo 2018 (Booth C1731). The company's next-gen cockpit display system includes six- by eight-inch LCDs that bring the latest helicopter synthetic vision, TAWS, moving-map, and engine indication information to medium and heavy helicopter flight decks. Avicopter has chosen the new displays for its AC312E helicopter, and they are suitable for installation in types such as the Russian Helicopters Mi-17, Bell 412, civil versions of the Sikorsky Black Hawk, and older Airbus Super Pumas.
