C&L Keeps NBAA Attendees Guessing with Latest Video

With a distinct marketing initiative hallmarked by clever videos, C&L Aviation is at it again this year with a seemingly secret agent-themed series ahead of NBAA-BACE. With CEO Chris Kilgour in the director’s chair and Pat Lemieux, director of marketing, ensuring success on set, this year’s cinematic campaign has kept viewers guessing and sharing their thematic speculations on social media. While show attendees will have to wait until opening credits start rolling in Orlando, Florida, for C&L to reveal the official 2018 theme, it has today released its latest installment of the video series.

Using office and hangar space as their Hollywood and employees as cast members, C&L ensures the videos are supportive of promoting the company’s mission while being entertaining. “It has to be funny but at the same time we need to get information across about our company so it can take quite a while to develop an idea,” Kilgour told AIN. “For 20 years we’ve been involved in the airline side, so four years ago when we moved into the corporate aviation market, we wanted to be noticed.”

Lemieux said the videos have become a point of pride and excitement for the company and a reflection of their dedicated workforce. In keeping this year’s campaign theme clandestine, Kilgour said, “I’m a man of mystery, so we like to keep people guessing.”
