Gulfstream Aerospace will showcase its flagship G650ER and nearly certified G500 next week at the Abu Dhabi Air Expo. The three-day UAE airshow, which will feature more than 60 aircraft on static display and more than 150 exhibitors, opens on Monday.

“In addition to being well suited for our customers’ long-range and large-cabin needs, the G500 and G650ER are best in class,” said Gulfstream president Mark Burns. “Gulfstream’s presence at the Abu Dhabi Air Expo will be the perfect chance for business jet customers in the region to tour the new G500 and record-breaking G650ER.”

Gulfstream’s G500 recently entered the final stage of its flight-test program, with FAA type certification expected in the coming months. The G500 on display next week has three living areas that can accommodate up to 13 passengers; this aircraft is on a world tour and was shown at the ExecuJet FBO at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, Nigeria, this past weekend. Meanwhile, the displayed G650ER will feature automotive-inspired sport aesthetics and four living areas.
