TrueNorth Becomes SD Avionics

Satcom Direct (Booth C11420) has rebranded TrueNorth Avionics as SD Avionics, almost a year after the Melbourne, Florida-based company bought TrueNorth. The SD Avionics offices will remain in Ottawa, Canada, with the team there headed by general manager Mark van Berkel.

Jim Jensen, founder and chairman of SD Group, said, “The branding of SD Avionics reflects an essential part of our long-term strategy, which is to continue connecting the business aviation network, through all phases of flight, from nose to tail.”
