BBA Aviation subsidiary CSE Citation Centre (CSE, Booth D88) has added line station approval to service Embraer Legacy 600 series business jets at its London Luton Airport location. At that facility, the company has operated a mobile service unit (MSU) for the past five years, based at sister company Signature Flight Support’s FBO.
“Many of CSE’s customers operate the Embraer 600 series aircraft, making this capability a natural extension of our services at London Luton Airport,” said Philip Lammiman, CSE’s managing director. “Our customers appreciate the efficient, flexible, and friendly service levels CSE's MSU offers.”
Services available through the location include AOG support, line service, and light scheduled maintenance seven days a week, including all public holidays. “It is an essential part of our operation to be available and flexible to meet customer demands and be ready to go at short notice,” explained Ed Griffith, manager of the Luton facility. “Customer service is the key to a successful operation and is part of our core vision and mission principles.”
With several low-cost carriers providing access to many airports in Europe, Luton makes a fast and efficient departure point for the CSE MSU. That has helped the company provide quick response times to UK-based aircraft with AOG issues in the field, where rapid response is critical to the operator’s mission.
