328 Support Services signed a follow on five-year maintenance contract with German-based business aviation operator Private Wings. PWF is one of the largest Dornier 328 operators in Europe, flying a fleet of eight 328-100 turboprops and two 328 jets from its base at the general aviation terminal of Manching Airport (near Ingolstadt).
“Operating around the clock on a varied schedule of flight missions all over Germany and Europe means that we must have the security of a dependable and accessible maintenance provider. We have enjoyed a good working relationship with 328 management and its fine engineers and technicians at Oberpfaffenhofen these past five years and are delighted to renew with them,” said Peter Gatz, CEO of Private Wings Flugcharter.
Munich-based 328 offers services such as aircraft maintenance, base and line, avionics installation, refurbishment, exterior painting, Part M services. It also offers STC design activities through its EASA Part 21J design organiation (Category 1A), parts’ manufacture through its Part 21G approved production organisation (C1, C2 and D1 rating) and bespoke VIP interiors including avionics and IFE upgrades.
