Aircraft accessories provider Precise Flight (Booth No. 1421) of Bend, Ore., has received a supplemental type certificate for its high-intensity discharge (HID) lighting for the Robinson R22 series. According to Precise Flight v-p Scott Philiben, the HID lighting is “a great fit” for Robinson helicopters, providing illumination in low-visibility situations and dense urban environments.
