FDS Avionics has developed an interactive moving map for business aircraft that allows the user to view three-dimensional topography that can also display content-rich information about points of interest.
Taking the concept a bit further, users can engage a mode called Glass Cabin, which provides a movable animated window-like view—on their mobile devices—of the outside world and through any part of the structure of the aircraft.
