Bombardier’s New Global CMS Boosts Connectivity, Avoids Obsolescence

Bombardier has unveiled a significant upgrade to the cabin management system and high speed internet connectivity on their Global 5000 and 6000 jets that allows users to easily keep up with technology as media devices evolve.

The new package combines Rockwell Collins’s Venue CMS and the Bombardier Wave worldwide Internet service to deliver Internet connectivity of up to 15 megabits per second.
