JetSmarter is offering non-members special access to book flights at member pricing through July 25. Users can book individual seats or create shared and private flights. JetSmarter said non-members will be able to save as much as $600 per flight at members-only pricing.
The deal, "a Christmas in July promotion," began late last week. Since its inception in 2013, the JetSmarter app had been a members-only service, but the new pay-as-you-go option has extended the company’s services to the public. The pay-as-you-go model was launched last month and allows access to market non-member pricing without the commitment and annual fee of JetSmarter membership.
Sergey Petrossov, founder and CEO of JetSmarter, said the pay-as-you go option will enable more users to initiate custom flights, driving the creation of new routes and flight frequency, ultimately benefiting members from the available flight inventory.
