Ruag Aviation and engine maker Rolls-Royce have inked a deal naming the Swiss MRO provider as authorized service center for the BR710A2-20 turbofan. The agreement will allow Ruag to further expand its services for the Bombardier Global series twinjets. With its wide range of service offerings, Ruag can perform other work on the aircraft during engine downtime, saving customers time and money.
“We enjoy an excellent partnership with Rolls-Royce and look forward to developing this even further,” said Ruag’s general manager for business jets, André Ebach. “As a Rolls-Royce ASC, we now perform CorporateCare engine services on behalf of Rolls-Royce in addition to our extensive range of aircraft services, including base and line maintenance, aircraft painting, upgrades and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), all from a single source.”
