Piaggio Aero's new landing gear system for the Avanti Evo has received EASA and FAA approval. The approvals cover the main and nose gear and nose wheel steering system from Magnaghi.
The new landing gear is just one of several improvements made on the Avanti EVO that also features new five-blade counter-rotating scimitar propellers that substantially lower the aircraft's exterior noise signature.
