Constant Aviation Rotable Exchange (CARE), a parts sourcing and distribution company, has moved into a new "showhouse" at its Cleveland facility and increased available parts inventory by $3.5 million. The company’s total inventory has topped $48 million with more than 54,000 line items.
In addition to the inventory of rotables and expendables at the new showhouse, CARE has placed inventory nationwide to reduce shipping time. The CARE team provides 24/7/365 support for customers for a variety of airframes. It also provides a dedicated expediting service that tracks the part from time of shipment through delivery to ensure an on-time arrival.
“We recently made the full transition into our new showhouse, which serves as our main distribution facility. Our showhouse has 20,000 square feet of dedicated space and an inventory system so we can better meet the needs of our customers,” said Dana Seese, director of procurement and sales.
