Duncan Aviation is offering business aviation operators along the Gulf Coast of Florida convenient access to its mobile engine services. The MRO offers AOG support, most scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and engine R&Rs.
According to James Prater, turbine engine services manager at Duncan Aviation’s Lincoln, Neb. location, the region has untapped market potential. “The Gulf Coast has been under-served with quick, convenient engine services,” he said. “We are expanding our presence there to meet that need.”
Duncan Aviation is strengthening support for its customers from Naples to Tampa by building upon the assets of its Fort Lauderdale-based Engine Rapid Response Team. To accomplish this, veteran engine technician Karl Johnson has relocated to the Punta Gorda area. Johnson, team leader for the Fort Lauderdale Rapid Response Team, brings several years of experience on GE, Honeywell and Pratt & Whitney engine models.
