The Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) recently named Edward Eroe of Minneapolis’ Life Link III as air medical program director of the year at its annual Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC). The AAMS noted that Eroe faced “significant challenges” when he arrived at the program in 2011, but improved it with a combination of new helicopters as well as medical, communications and computer equipment and best practices.
